Discover the magic of healthy cooking at the 3rd-floor Health and Wellness kitchen in North Star Health’s Springfield Health Center\, 100 River Street\, Springfield\, VT. \nLocal chef and Vermont Academy’s Director of Food Services\, Jason Tostrup\, will offer a live cooking demonstration. Watch him whip up Vegetable Unfried Rice from the How Not to Die Cookbook and sample of this plant-forward and nutritious meals that is both delicious and easy to prepare. \nThis free Food as Medicine event is brought to you by the generous support of the Ardmore Institute of Health and food donations from The Vermont Academy. A collaborative effort between Springfield Family Center and North Star Health has made this event possible. \nChef Tostrup\, a Multiple Sclerosis survivor\, will share his personal journey and passion for healthy eating to manage chronic conditions.
