Same-Day Appointments

For unexpected, non-emergency health care needs, same-day appointments in our primary care offices may be available – you would need to call the health center directly to find out. Walk-in care (with no appointment necessary) is offered in our Bellows Falls, Londonderry, Ludlow and Springfield, VT locations, and our Charlestown, NH location.

After-Hours Care

For after-hours care, contact the North Star Community Health Center where you receive your primary care. Please call 911 if you need emergency transportation.
