We accept Medicaid (VT and NH), Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans, and most private health insurance plans. Please bring your insurance card with you to every visit.
If you don’t have Health Insurance
- Contact Valley Health Connections at 802-885-1616 or [email protected]. They offer free, confidential assistance and can help you enroll in a health plan and any other financial assistance programs you may be eligible for, including North Star Health’s Sliding Fee Discount Program.
- Vermont Health Connect has information about health plans and health plan discounts available to Vermonters, as well as information about Vermont Medicaid.
- Covering New Hampshire has information about health plans available to New Hampshire residents, and NH Easy: Gateway to Services has information about New Hampshire Medicaid.
Financial Assistance
North Star Health offers financial assistance in the form of a sliding fee discount for uninsured and under-insured individuals. Eligibility is based on family size and annual income.
