If you are a registered patient
- Login to the patient portal, where you can schedule many appointment types yourself.
- Call the community health center where you usually receive care to request an appointment.
If you are an established patient who has not yet registered for the patient portal, we encourage you to do so. Once registered, there are many appointment types that can be scheduled online, through the portal. If you need help registering for the portal, please call the health center where you usually receive your care.
