The Edgar May Health and Recreation Center is operated independently of North Star Health. Our partnership with them means patients can access health and wellness services from one of North Star Health’s providers directly at The Edgar May Center.
Lifestyle Medicine promotes healthful lifestyle choices, with a focus on nutrition, sleep, physical activity, and stress management.
In addition to wellness services provided in collaboration with North Star Health, the Edgar May Health and Recreation Center offers a wide variety of health and wellness, aquatic, fitness and youth and family programs to the community.
